"Bill Me": You can make a donation by selecting "Bill Me" when you check out.

Fax: You can make a donation by fax by printing your confirmation form at checkout, and faxing it to us with your credit card number and expiration date. Our fax number is 617-682-3710.

For any donation premiums or gifts, we ship by USPS First Class Mail. Outside of the U.S. we use DHL.
